Interlibrary Loan Service

A guide for the Interlibrary Loan process and how request items.

Important Book Loan Notice!

Due to limited availability and expense, it is unlikely that any lending library will allow the Thomas J. Garland Library and its patrons to borrow a known course textbooks. As such, we will not process any request for textbook related items.

If you are looking for easier access to course required textbooks, please check with Student Support Services or the Tutoring Center Book Loan Program. We also recommend searching Amazon and related companies for cheaper options.

Please also keep in mind that any lending library that is capable of sending books will set their own due dates and items borrowed from lending libraries MUST be brought back before or by the specified date. Failure to do so may result in a "replacement cost" fine set by the lending library.
